February 17, 2018 at the Faculty of Economics ENU L.N. Gumilyov started the first training on Erasmus+ CACTLE project Central Asian Center for Teaching, Learning and Entrepreneurship led by business trainers of Armiyash Nurmagambetova Center and Balnur Slyamova. Our trainers were trained on the basis of the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria). The certificates of trainers are accredited by the Austrian agencies EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA.
9 teachers from Economics Faculty are trained at the CACTLE Center at ENU L. Gumilyov. The purpose of the training is to increase entrepreneurial competencies, create opportunities for professional development for employees of enterprises and universities, train students in entrepreneurship and business development. The course consists of two modules. Theory and organization of training. Methods of teaching and managing the audience with a total of 40 academic hours. In this course, the main learning theories, the structure of the lesson on the Vienna model of learning, various approaches to assessing the final knowledge of students, as well as small and complex teaching methods and management in the classroom will be examined. As a result of the training, CUT students will improve the qualifications of teachers through the improvement of teaching skills, the use of innovative and interactive methods in teaching and the application of modern Media and Internet technology in teaching.
